The inhabitants of Kedar are descendants of Ishmael or the Arab peoples. This would be a biblical witness to what Lindsey Williams is saying in the videos below.
Isa. 21 Isa 21:16 For thus hath the Lord said unto me, Within a year, according to the years of an hireling, and all the glory of Kedar shall fail:
Isa 21:17 And the residue of the number of archers, the mighty men of the children of Kedar, shall be diminished: for the LORD God of Israel hath spoken [it].
If the Arab peoples were decimated in a year, It could conceivably be by cheep oil in the world.

Yeah, i'm not at all sure the arabs are gonna have it as bad as we are considering the federal deficit is $10 trillion + the $10 trillion trade deficit. Stock up on those chinese/californian/florida foods now cause when tshtf it will cost too much to transport it to where ever one might be.
