The US is in recession. Some economist say that by the end of the next president's term, the country will be in depression. The real unemployment rate nationally is over 12%. In the mid-west it may be as high as 20%. We lost 63,000 jobs in February.

The bills for the Bush war will come due. It is about to become the second most expensive war in history. The price of free-trade will topple this nation into deep recession and eventual depression. Record Oil prices are icing on the devil's food cake of the Bush doctrine of being the World's nanny.
In Washington, there are few, other then Ron Paul, willing to do anything about this.
John McCain will keep the war going, maybe one-hundred years.
The Government no longer includes oil price hikes and War costs in our national figures for inflation and economic troubles. If they did, we would be in depression now..
